Principal Backend Engineer.

The Role
We are looking for a Principal Backend Engineer to design and implement highly resilient microservices architectures. You will deal with high-throughput systems, data consistency challenges, and cloud-native infrastructure for enterprise fintech and e-commerce clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable microservices using Go (Golang) or Python.
- Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Optimize database schema and query performance (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
- Ensure system security and compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS) in all architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Proven track record of building systems with high QPS requirements.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems patterns and CAP theorem.
- C1/C2 English proficiency.
