The Role

We are seeking a Programmatic Ad Specialist to manage high-budget DSP campaigns with algorithmic precision. You will leverage data ("The Language") to ensure our clients' messages reach the right audience at the exact right moment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute programmatic campaigns across DSPs (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr).
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize bids, targeting, and creative allocation.
  • Implement tracking pixels and ensure correct attribution modelling.
  • Manage relationships with SSPs and data providers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Deep understanding of the RTB ecosystem and ad-tech infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics 4).
  • C1 English proficiency.
